The Services are available only in jurisdictions where we have expressly authorized them, and are not available in any Restricted Jurisdiction listed in Section 4.6 of the Terms of Use. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
Some features carry additional eligibility rules. The Spend Card in particular is offered only to non-U.S. persons and is not available to U.S. citizens, U.S. residents, or other U.S. persons — see the Spend Card Terms for the full conditions.
