Any product or service offered by Ethena Pay outside the card program is subject to its own separate terms and conditions. The card issuer and the card network are not a party to any agreement between you and Ethena Pay regarding those products and are not responsible for any transaction, loan, or arrangement that is not a card transaction. The Ethena Pay Spend Card is offered only to non-U.S. persons (not available to U.S. citizens, U.S. residents, or other U.S. persons). Card features, eligibility, and availability vary by jurisdiction.
